Jayne is an international executive with 20 years experience in business development, branding, communications, strategic marketing and consulting for both global behemoths and start-ups and has worked closely with venture capital firms. She has expertise in all aspects of management from concept through delivery, penetrating new markets, repositioning and launching new companies, services and products and managing customers and teams in competitive, culturally diverse environments.
She is currently a venture partner at MTI Venture Capital, advising them on raising funds and developing go-to-market plans for their portfolio companies. Additionally, during 2008 Jayne launched Flip Video in the UK and Miyowa in the USA. Jayne joined the Logica Telecoms Board in 2004 as CMO to enhance the global impact in 35 countries, which successfully resulted in the division being bought for a record £265M in June, 2007. She then launched the spinout as a new company, Acision.
Prior to joining LogicaCMG, Jayne held executive positions and managed global teams at Digital, Oracle, Nortel, Cadence, Siemens and Unisys. Earlier in her career she joined a technology start-up company, grew it from 7 to 350 people, and then sold it to IBM. More recently she has consulted for venture capital firms, government agencies and Columbia and London Business Schools and served as Non-Executive Director on the Board of three companies.
