She worked for several years on enterprise customers, driving the productive use of SQL Server and providing reactive service on the most mission-critical scenarios. Along with this she delivers workshops, health checks, supportability reviews and chalk & talks to help customers understand the value and features of SQL Server. Kate Stanton-DaviesKate Stanton-Davies is a Premier Field Engineer in the Manageability team at Microsoft. She works with Blue Chip and public sector companies, deploying and supporting systems management and network management software. Kate has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years in support, project management, training and consultancy roles. Kate lives in Yorkshire, with her husband, four year old daughter and black Labrador. In her spare time she enjoys reading science fiction, cooking for friends, walking and sewing.
